Candice loves to move and enjoys long distance running, dance, spin, weight training, CrossFit and yoga in all of its styles.  She started practicing yoga in 2009 and received her Yoga Sculpt Teaching Certificate from Corepower Yoga in May of 2016.  Candice enjoys teaching Yoga Sculpt because of its combination of free weights and postures to invigorate the body. Candice fosters an environment of non- judgement.  Her class is welcoming, challenging, creative, and fun!
