Best Fitness Classes in the Bay Area

Check it! yes, I’ve gotten around the Bay…  I like to change it up, keep my body guessing, and most of all keep things interesting (this can be challenging, routines are automatic) It is easy to get comfortable with our gym routines, but guess what? This doesn’t yield results and most likely you will find yourself walking away with a big “ol” cup of Boredom! so when you find yourself in the habit of routine then it is time to change it up.

Below are some kick ass instructors and classes I recommend taking in the Bay.

TRX                    Eric Martinez (Equinox, Palo Alto)

Spin                    Matt Trulio (Equinox, Palo Alto& San Mateo)

Bikram                 Johnny Gonsoulin (Yoga Source, Palo Alto)

Zumba                Regine Sainthill (Menlo Pilates & Yoga, Menlo Park)

Danceation           Heath Hunter(Equinox , Palo Alto)

Crossfit                  Brendon Mahoney-(Crossfit, San Mateo)

Pilates                    Fran Phillip (Menlo Pilates and Yoga, Menlo Park)

Restortaive Yoga     John Rettger (Yoga Source, Palo Alto)

Jivamukti                 Giselle Mari (Yoga Source, Palo Alto)

What new class have you tried recently? What do you want to try? And how are you going to change it up this week and get out of your routine?

  1. I am curious to find out what blog system you’re utilizing?
I’m experiencing some small security issues with my latest website and I would
like to find something more safe. Do you have any suggestions?

  2. My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on numerous websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform.
I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a
way I can import all my wordpress content into it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
