Check it! yes, I’ve gotten around the Bay… I like to change it up, keep my body guessing, and most of all keep things interesting (this can be challenging, routines are automatic) It is easy to get comfortable with our gym routines, but guess what? This doesn’t yield results and most likely you will find yourself walking away with a big “ol” cup of Boredom! so when you find yourself in the habit of routine then it is time to change it up.
