10 Ways To Feel Sexy

  • Go through your clothes, yes, all of your clothes, and get rid of anything you:   a) haven’t worn in a year or b) doesn’t make you feel sexy.  It’s amazing how good it feel to get rid of stuff that doesn’t make you feel your best…plus your friends will thank you for getting rid of those grungy sweatpants.
  • Move your body: Exercise gives you endorphins and endorphins make you feel good.  You need to feel good to feel sexy.  It is all about confidence baby.
  •  Girls, heels make EVERYTHING look better and guys, please leave your graphic tee’s at home.  FYI: they are not sexy.
  • Be positive: Noone likes or wants to be around a person who is negative.  It’s not fun and it’s definitely not sexy.
  • Think back to your most recent “sexy moment” yes, repeat it today or this weekend 🙂
  • When in doubt wear black.
  • Stretch: Stretching elongates your muscles and improves your posture.
  • Do something entirely different: dance class, rock climbing, strip class, yes, varying it up is sexy.
  • Eat for the body you want to have.
  • Think of 5 things you love about your body and remind yourself of these when you don’t feel sexy.  Replacing the negative with the positive will re-train your brain to think about things differently.
