Whole 30’ing Round 2

Yep, I am at it again.  I have re-committed, full throttle.  I will have to say, it has not been easy and is challenging every ounce of discipline I have, but I feel good.  If you are not sure what the Whole 30 is all about , check out their website.

Whole 30 is 30 days of veggies, fruit, and high quality fish and meats.  It is NOT a diet but a lifestyle change…you have to cook and cut dairy, sugars, and alcohol. ( buh-bye wine and happy buzzed feeling on the dance floor.)

  1. You can and WILL do it! Good for you for recommitting. I’ve only done a fully in Whole30 once, but it taught me a lot about what my body likes and doesn’t like (likes: fresh fruits + veggies, high quality protein, avocados!, coconut oil, little to no processed crap, dairy (as long as it’s in moderation)… and, dislikes: processed crap, lots of almonds and most nuts in general (I stick with PB because it doesn’t bother my stomach like AB does), snacking all day.

    I do have a couple of questions for you if it’s allright.
    Is it just me or does it look as if like a few of
    the comments appear like they are written by brain dead individuals?

    I’d like to keep up with everything new you have to post.
    Could you make a list of all of all your social

    • I agree, food is and should be viewed as a positive thing. It brings us life. I think what is wrong, is calling some foods “good” and some foods “bad”. I think we need to re-frame this mindset.

    • Right on. I am all about the compliments! some woman are incredibly insecure so compliments help improve their confidence and help break the ice!

    • I have run into the same problem. I just encourage others to use the browser that work. Writing is my hobby, therefore, dedicated readers will figure out a way to get my blog in a readable and enjoyable way!
