5 Super Quick Changes

1)      Buy a big water bottle (1 liter) Drink and Repeat.

2)      Eat Fish 2-3 times a week for Omega 3’s.  If you are not a fan walnuts and flaxseed will do.

3)      Try Kale- An amazing Superfood and versatile for meals.

4)      Cure a belly ache with Kefir (strawberry is my fav)

5)      Try coconut milk-its thick and creamy and more nutritional then cow’s milk moooo.
